The perfect Rhino will have…

• At least 4 years of professional experience with backend development, especially with GoLang (alternatively with Java or C#);
• Experience with AWS and Kafka;
• Strong team management skills;
• Experience with implementation of good programming practices;
• The ability to analyze complex technical questions and make technological decisions;
• Experience communicating with different stakeholders;
• Good English skills (at least B2 Level).
