For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• +6 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant (not just as a user).
• Proven experience in migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, Tax).
• Expertise in configuring and customizing financial processes in SAP.
• Strong understanding of FI integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, etc.).
• Ability to analyze financial impacts during S/4HANA migration.
• Knowledge of Central Finance and New Asset Accounting.
• Troubleshooting skills and post-implementation support experience.
• Experience in client interactions, leading workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Experience in change management and key user training.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (preferred).
• English level of B2 or higher and fluency in Portuguese is mandatory
• Availability for 3/4 times per week in the office in Palmela.
