For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Release Manager or similar role within an agile environment
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges
• Fluency in English and French (B2)
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal
