For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Incident Manager.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of log analysis and related tools.
- Familiarity with THEIA is a plus.
- French proficiency (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (Porto).
