For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills: 

• Bachelor or Degree in the Information Technology area;
• Minimum of 3 to 5 year experience in a similar position;
• Technical and commercial experience with complex, resilient, and secure digital networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Proficiency in installing and configuring software, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Strong knowledge of ITED projects, including interpretation and field validation.
• Advanced understanding of communication protocols like TCP/IP and routing protocols such as OSPF.
• Expertise in network operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS) and technologies like Cisco Meraki.
• Basic knowledge of Cisco collaborative solutions, particularly Cisco Call Manager.
• Solid theoretical understanding of SD-WAN and SASE architectures.
• Experience in Wi-Fi site surveys and implementing NAC (Network Access Control).
• Ability to monitor networks for availability, integrity, and performance.
• Skills in troubleshooting network issues both on-premises and in public cloud environments (L1/L2 escalated).
• Competency in task automation and efficiency tracking
• Ability to ensure mentoring to junior professionals;
• English proficiency of at least a B2 level;
• Availability for hybrid model in Alfrangide, Lisbon (3x times per week).
