For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Developer, with a proven track record of building complex, scalable applications;
- Previous experience with AWS (or Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);
- Excellent problem-solving skills and atention to detail;
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring junior developers;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Availability for on-site working model in Matosinhos, Porto.
