For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 8 years of experience leading and facilitate Scrum ceremonies;
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables;
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
• Create and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics;
• Product analyst experience and AI knowledge would be plus;
• English fluency is mandatory;
• Availability for full-remote work based in Portugal.
