For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in managing and resolving production incidents.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, including backup management and regular restore testing.
• Skilled in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, and PowerShell.
• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience coordinating changes and technical operations (e.g., electrical shutdowns, Disaster Recovery).
• Ability to collaborate with development, sysadmin, DBA, and networking teams for change management.
• Proficient with Control-M or other industrial schedulers.
• Strong networking knowledge, including LDAP, Firewall, Reverse Proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, Elastic Stack, and maintaining system performance according to SLAs.
• Capable of contributing to automation and improvement of processes.
• Able to document architecture, procedures, and operational components of applications.
• Experience with Jenkins, Git, XLDeploy, and Control-M.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Availability for a hybrid work model, based in Porto, Portugal
