For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field;

• 3+ years of digital product development experience;

• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise systems and EdTech products and platforms;

• Tech savvy and passionate about building products;

• Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making;

• Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project or Basecamp;

• Proficient in using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack, JIRA and Aha;

• Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information; 

• Fluent in Programme, Portfolio and Project Management methodologies; 

• Demonstrable experience with best practice agile scrum development, Scaled Agile Framework and Lean Startup principles at practitioner level;

• Must be a strong writer and public speaker in front of large, senior group;

• Excellent people and management skills to interact with customers, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties;

• Proficient in English: native speaker or C1-C2 level with excellent written and oral communication skills;

• Availability to work full remote based in Portugal or from other countries in the Portuguese time zone.
