For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Operations Manager and/or Technical Project Manager;
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields;
• Experience in different types of technological solutions, such as CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares;
• Experience with APM monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, NewRelic);
• Experience with Jira and/or ELK Stack;
• Knowledge in Java troubleshooting and in cloud environments (AWS or Azure);
• Strong experience in Excel (advanced formulas and database concepts);
• Fluency in English (C1 Level);
• Availability to work onsite, in Lisbon.
