The perfect Rhino will have…

• At least 2 years of experience in technical support for applications in Cloud Azure environments
• Solid knowledge of the services and resources offered by the Azure platform
• Understanding of the difference between frontend and backend applications
• Familiarity with Azure Insights and its use for monitoring and diagnostics
• Knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing records
• Ability to analyze errors in APIs and microservices, interpreting HTTP status codes
• Fluency in English (B2)
