We are looking for a Rhino that will…

• Ensure and oversee the delivery, implementation and confirmation of all recommendations and initiatives to solve client's major incidents to ensure service is delivered as agreed;
• Facilitate the delivery of projects by orchestrating communication between customer/operation teams;
• Identify operational risks to service and ensure mitigation actions are put in place;
• Be the main point of contact between the client and the Competence Centre with the responsibility of doing requirements gathering to consequently generate work.

The perfect Rhino will have…

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
• 5 or more years of professional experience as an IT Operations Management;
• Proven experience in technological team leading;
• Experience on building control frameworks (SLA delivery control, team capacity control, KPI delivery control, strategic KPI dashboards and team management);
• Experience within IT Business Support Systems (BSS) with critical and vital systems (nice to have);
• Knowledge and experience following ITIL practices (nice to have);
• Good level of English (written and spoken).
