The perfect Rhino will have…

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar;
• 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and tunning activities in SAP Basis (ECC / S4Hana), in SAP tickets creation, in SAP users and roles creation and modification, and in SAP landscape in general;
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, Java, ABAP, and Hana;
• Knowledge of the SAP support model and how to hire SAP commercial support;
• Productivity in the suggestion of log systems, metrics, and alarmistic improvements;
• Experience working with collaborative platforms like Jira, Confluence, and GitLab;
• Availability for working in a hybrid model (offices in Carnaxide and Porto) and for on-calls;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2 level).
