We are looking for a Rhino that will…

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts;
• Review, manage and track all the requests raised via ticketing systems;
• Be proficient and proactive when managing the CRM and available ticketing systems to support both internal and external customers;
• Test the functionality and usability of new or existing software before it goes live.

The perfect Rhino will have…

• Previous experience in supporting a SaaS;
• One year at least in customer service, customer success or development teams;
• English proficiency and German or Spanish knowledge.
