We are looking for a Rhino that will… 

• Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, curiosity to learn, and craftsman attitude;
• Is a role model and able to inspire team members;
• Acts as a technical coach facilitating the decision and design-making process of the team;
• Has visibility and a span of influence beyond the team;

The perfect Rhino will have…

• Minimum of 5 years in System Design;
• BPMN platform experience;
• Experience in backend (Java);
• Experience in troubleshooting, fixing bugs or other coding issues, and code analysis;
• Experience working in an Agile environment and SCRUM methodologies;

And will be skilled in…

•  English (B2).
•  Experience in RDBMS/Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL).
