We are looking for a Rhino that will…

• Decompose the business needs into the vision by identifying functions, goals, data & events;
• Fit into the existing current vision, and what is the value and impact on the remaining domain;
• Identify and formalize the elements of the Target Architecture;
• Proposal transversal solutions in the field for the improvement and coherence of business needs.

The perfect Rhino will have…

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Java / J2EE expertise;
• Knowledge of data and information references to use (API Rest sync & sync);
• Experience using best practices for the use and sharing of information (SOA, EAI, ESB, Kafka, Batching);
• Data visibility experience (data modeling and normalization, DWH publishing & business consistency);
• Experience in evolution and tracking domain architecture based on stakeholder decisions from the functional to the technical deliverables supporting the areas of delivery and engineering;
• Cloud understanding, DevOps Awareness, and experience working in Agile;
• Fluency in Portuguese and in English (at least B2);
• Fluency in French (plus).

And will be skilled in…

• Project management, functional analysis, solution design, and delivery in the retail area (preferred);
• Interpersonal relationships, focus on solutions, dialogue, avoid conflicts, and delivery focused;
• Critical sense.
