We are looking for a Rhino that will…  

• Act as a Support Analyst Core WareHouse;
• Monitor the user journey of the team products;
• Support the business and technical team, focusing on Supply Chain Area;
• Get together information and troubleshoot applications integration;
• A good English level, both written and spoken (B2);
• Be able to perform on-call prevention;
• Be able to work on schedule from 15h to 00h. 

And will be skilled in… 

• One scripting language (Python, Bash, Perl, Shell or other); 
• Microservices;
• Cloud (AWS);
• ELK, Prometheus and Grafana;
• Jira, Confluence or GitLab.
