The perfect Rhino will have…

• Troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply those skills to assist in troubleshooting of a wide range of information systems and applications;
• Knowledge of Support / Corrective maintenance;
• Skills in daily ticket analysis and resolution, root cause analysis, and problem creation;
• Technical experience in support in Java APIs (Plus)
• English proficiency.

And will be skilled in…

• Support in Angular, Java, SqlServer, Html, Javascript, CSS (Plus).
