The perfect Rhino will have…
- 1 – 3 years of experience in recruitment (tech recruitment preferably);
- Proficiency in sourcing activities;
- Screening skills;
- Proactivity, resilience, and creativity as the main characteristics;
- Fluency in English (at least B2);
- Fluency in French (plus).
