We are looking for a Rhino that will…

• Validate the correspondence between what is developed by the team and the business expectations;
• Continuously find ways to improve the quality of the product;
• Implement mechanisms to mitigate regressions as much as possible, while continuously validating the quality of what's being delivered;
• Guarantee that quality standards are considered in the team;
• Actively participate and contribute to solution designs.

The perfect Rhino will have…

• Excellent problem solving mindset;
• Design test scenarios, scripts or procedures that fit with the concepts of Test Automation and Continuous Delivery;
• Create resilient automated test suites to exercise Web and Mobile applications with tools like Selenium, Espresso, UI Automator, KIF or XCTest;

And will be skilled in…

• Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
• Leading quality assurance processes and functional testing;
• Working with Software Engineers to ensure the right levels of test automation are built to your standards;
• Testing mobile and web applications;
• Using source control systems.
